Welcome to The Bluegrass Blade, a networking site for all of us interested in the success of undergraduate education at the University of Kentucky.  Our primary goal is to provide a place for faculty, staff and administrators to read about the news in the Division of Undergraduate Education and add comments or links to other sites to celebrate undergraduate initiatives at UK.  As the Associate Provost for Undergraduate Education and the Dean of Undergraduate Studies, I will be offering my own personal observations about events and activities of importance to Undergraduate Education at UK.  And, I invite you to join me in this ongoing conversation.

If you have topics you would like to see highlighted, please add a comment below.

My goal is to write at least one entry every one or two weeks, more often as time allows.  You can subscribe to the blog feed by clicking on “Subscribe” above.  This way you can be notified about the updates in the best way that works for you.  I encourage you to contribute to the blog yourself.  The posts will be using information from multiple platforms and we would be happy to know about your account in  Flickr, YouTube, Twitter or Slideshare.  That way we can make connections in those social networking sites and we can watch for your latest news.

I look forward to interacting with you on this community site!

Yours in Education,
